Our mission is to support industries with reliable and innovative mechanical services while fostering a workplace that values expertise, growth, and collaboration. *Position Overview* The Estimator HVAC Division is a key office?based technical and operational support role responsible for cost estimating, work planning, materials coordination, and scheduling support related to propane and compressed gas systems. This role supports daily operations by acting as a critical link between field technicians, suppliers, and management. The position requires extensive hands?on industry knowledge, strong mechanical or trades experience, and the ability to interpret technical information to support accurate planning and execution of work. *Responsibilities & Duties* * Cost equipment and materials to complete large industrial construction project and quotes for multi-trade, complex rollout, or multiple client/subs consult with technicians and the Project Manager to determine labour amounts. * Materials and equipment costs are to be sourced and inputted into the estimating worksheet to generate a formal quote. * Quotes are to be checked by the Project Manager or sales prior to submitting to the customer. * Complete estimating worksheet. * Generate and submit customer quotes. * Turn over successful quote to Sales, Manager, Purchasing or send to client directly. * Support sales, purchasing and project management departments. *Qualifications & Experience* * Must have experience in estimating for HVAC Companies * Extensive Knowledge of the construction/HVAC industry * Change orders to existing projects * Access to work orders, purchase orders and job records Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * RRSP match * Vision care Work Location: In person _For more information about our company, please visit our website at https://psltd.ca/_ _We thank everyone who applies, however, only those selected will be contacted._ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Experience: * HVAC Estimator: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
