Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC/Google/META Ads & social media manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing effective advertising campaigns on ppc platforms. This is a crucial role in our marketing department, as you will play a key role in driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions. Duties: - Develop and implement Google Ads and Meta advertising strategies to meet company objectives - Create and manage Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns, including ad copy, targeting, and budgeting - Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum results - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends - Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ads with overall marketing initiatives - Stay up-to-date with Google Ads and Facebook advertising best practices and industry changes - Track and analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing ad creatives -Manage social media profiles for some of the best companies in Canada Experience: - Proven experience as a Google Ads and Metak Ads Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta advertising platform and tools - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager - Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting for advertising campaigns - Experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in successful Facebook ad campaigns, we would love to hear from you.
