Oakdale Child and Family Services is currently hiring for a Part Time Child Youth Worker for our clients (Ages 12-35) located in Barrie, Ontario for various Shifts Job Description *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* 1.) RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING DAILY ACTIVITIES 2.) RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIENT?S PROGRAMMING 3.) RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNITY AWARENESS PROGRAM 4.) RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORT WRITING, PROGRESS REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION 5.) OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AS GIVEN BY HOUSE SUPERVISOR 6.) WEEKEND SHIFT HOURS PLUS FLEXIBILITY *REPORTS TO*: HOUSE SUPERVISOR *QUALIFICATIONS:* PSW, DSW, SSW, CYW OR EQUIVELANT, MINIMUM TWO YEARS RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE, ?G? DRIVERS LICENSE, CPI/FIRST AID CERTIFICATE *ASSETS*: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS EXCELLENT REPORT WRITING SKILLS PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE AND CREATIVE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY NVCI/SMG CERTIFICATION Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.75-$21.75 per hour Schedule: * 12 hour shift * Day shift * Weekends only Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-05-20- LocationBarrie, ON
