*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Optical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in pretesting and front desk customer service while providing excellent customer service in a medical / retail environment. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers with their optical needs who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys staying organized and focused amid a busy workload. Training will be provided. *Responsibilities* * Front Desk reception, Insurance billings, Recalls, etc. * Perform Pre Testing on various Optical Equipment * Maintain an organized environment, adhering to cleanliness and safety protocols. * Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. * Utilize optical equipment effectively while troubleshooting any issues that arise. * Keep accurate records of customer orders, prescriptions, and inventory levels. *Requirements* * Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * A passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. * Flexible Weekday Hours and Saturdays.
