What You’ll Do: <ul> <li>Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently</li> <li>Unload, receive, and store incoming inventory</li> <li>Pick, pack, stage, and load outbound orders</li> <li>Move and relocate products within the warehouse</li> <li>Build crates, wrap shipments, and prepare orders for delivery</li> <li>Work in fast-paced environments, including refrigerated (~4°C) and confined spaces when required</li> </ul> What You’ll Need: <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years forklift experience</li> <li>Valid forklift certification</li> <li>Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience</li> <li>Experience using RF scanners (preferred)</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 55 lbs</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Basic computer and math skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a team</li> </ul> Assets: <ul> <li>Produce/fresh food or cold storage experience</li> <li>Experience with racking systems (pushback or multi-level racking)</li> <li>Order entry or inventory system experience</li> </ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>CSA-approved safety boots and reflective vest</li> <li>Health & safety conscious</li> <li>Criminal background check required</li> </ul> Why IS2? <ul> <li>Proudly Canadian owned and operated</li> <li>WCB CORE certified with strong safety standards</li> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Supportive environment with real growth opportunities</li> <li>Commitment to a positive candidate experience</li> </ul> Apply today and move your career forward in a role where your skills make an impact.
