Address customers' complaints or concerns. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Supervision: 5-10 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Area of work experience: Operations. Area of specialization: Operations management. Security and safety: Basic security clearance.
