You'll be responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and shipping products-ensuring orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in staying organized, and value safety, this is a great fit for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and care</li><li>Review packing slips and ensure shipments match documentation</li><li>Operate forklifts to load/unload materials (license required)</li><li>Build shipping crates from wood using table saws and pneumatic tools</li><li>Deliver components to production on time</li><li>Maintain clean, safe storage and work areas (5S standards)</li><li>Receive and inspect incoming goods; organize and label accordingly</li><li>Complete documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments</li><li>Lock facility access doors at shift end</li><li>Empty plant scrap bins as needed</li><li>Assist with onboarding new team members</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Valid forklift license</li><li>1-2 years experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work</li><li>Comfortable operating hand tools, table saws, and pneumatic tools</li><li>Ability to build custom crates for large product shipments</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>Able to lift/move heavy objects safely and efficiently</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Team player with a safety-first attitude</li></ul>Success in This Role Looks Like:<ul><li>On-time, damage-free shipments</li><li>Accurate documentation and smooth product flow</li><li>Clean, organized workspace</li><li>Strong attendance and reliability</li><li>Positive team contribution</li></ul> Apply now if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in a hands-on, fast-moving environment!
