Plan rehabilitation programs with offenders, establishing rules of conduct, goals and objectives. Plan rehabilitation programs with offenders. Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs. Evaluate offenders' progress. Resolve conflict situations. Implement substance abuse treatment programs. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions. Liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients. Maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Area of work experience: Community service organization. Security and safety: Basic security clearance.
