We are committed to fostering your professional growth while offering a rewarding paid position that recognizes your dedication. *Responsibilities* * Perform diagnostic laboratory tests, including blood work, urinalysis, and other sample analyses to assist in accurate diagnoses. * Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures by preparing instruments, monitoring anesthesia, and providing patient support. * Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians with precision and care. * Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication administration, and preventive health strategies to promote animal well-being. * Maintain detailed medical records, update patient files accurately, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols. * Monitor hospitalized animals closely, providing comfort and ensuring their safety throughout their stay. * Support clinic operations by managing inventory of medical supplies and laboratory materials efficiently. *Requirements* * Valid license or certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician or equivalent credential. * Proven laboratory experience with familiarity in conducting diagnostic tests and handling lab equipment. * Strong animal handling skills combined with a compassionate approach to client communication. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent teamwork skills with the capacity to collaborate seamlessly with veterinarians and staff members. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support various clinic needs as they arise.
