ACI Brands Inc. is a leading multi-divisional supplier of consumer products across Fashion Accessories, Beauty, Travel, Sporting Goods and Licensed Products. We partner with many of North America's leading retailers and licensors to develop innovative products and compelling retail experiences. We're looking for an experienced *Graphic Designer* to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consumer products environment and enjoys creating everything from retail packaging to sales presentations, catalogues and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on creative role where you'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Sourcing to bring products to market through exceptional design. Position Overview Reporting to the *Creative Director*, the Graphic Designer will lead the development of high-quality creative assets that support our brands, products and retail partners. The successful candidate will have a strong background in packaging design, print production and marketing communications, with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through final production. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Support * Design compelling marketing materials, including catalogues, brochures, sell sheets, presentations, retail signage and digital assets. * Create sales support materials that effectively communicate product features and brand messaging. * Develop creative solutions that support strategic marketing initiatives and retail programs. * Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and product categories. Packaging Design * Design innovative retail packaging across multiple product categories. * Create production-ready artwork, dielines and 3D packaging mock-ups. * Ensure packaging meets brand standards and retailer requirements. * Work closely with product development, sourcing and overseas vendors throughout the production process. * Maintain accuracy of packaging layouts, typography and bilingual content. Creative Development * Develop creative concepts from initial idea through final execution. * Produce high-quality artwork for both print and digital applications. * Ensure all artwork is production-ready and meets print specifications. * Maintain strong attention to detail throughout every stage of production. Collaboration * Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand project objectives and timelines. * Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. * Contribute ideas that enhance the overall creative direction of the department. Qualifications Required Skills * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign). * Strong packaging design experience with knowledge of print production. * Excellent typography, layout and colour theory skills. * Experience preparing production-ready artwork for commercial printing. * Strong understanding of pre-press and print production processes. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating packaging, marketing and print design. Preferred Qualifications * Experience creating 3D packaging mock-ups. * Knowledge of licensed consumer products is an asset. * Photography experience is an asset. * Experience working within consumer products, retail or CPG industries is preferred. Education & Experience * Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field. * Minimum *4+ years* of professional graphic design experience. * Strong background in packaging and marketing design. * Experience working in a Mac OS environment.
