Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Co-ordinate special events. Determine the size of food portions and costs. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment.
