Execute and support company, divisional, and operational strategies.<br/></div><div>? Define and manage project scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation in collaboration with clients.<br/></div><div>? Develop cost-benefit analyses for project initiatives.<br/></div><div>? Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.<br/></div><div>? Identify, analyze, mitigate, document, and control project risks.<br/></div><div>? Manage expenses and ensure budget adherence.<br/></div><div>? Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams, stakeholders, sponsors, and management while managing expectations and relationships.<br/></div><div>? Identify resource requirements and establish roles, expectations, and objectives for team members.<br/></div><div>? Participate in negotiating contract terms and ensure compliance for consultants and vendors.<br/></div><div>? Conduct after-action reviews.<br/></div><div>? Stay current with AI tools and industry trends through training, self-study, and industry events.<br/></div><div>? Share best practices across functional teams.<br/></div><div>? Collaborate with IT teams to align on technology initiatives.<br/></div><div>? Ensure service delivery from key vendors.<br/></div><div>? Manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with varying deadlines.<br/></div><div>? Handle high-volume and complex subject matter as required.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Post-secondary education or equivalent business experience.<br/></div><div>? PMP, CSPM, CCMP, Prince, or similar certifications are considered an asset.<br/></div><div>? 4 years of project team experience.<br/></div><div>? 4 years of experience in financial services.<br/></div><div>? Experience across full project lifecycle delivery.<br/></div><div>? Experience with SDLC methodologies.<br/></div><div>? Strong knowledge of financial products, administration compliance, operations, and systems including business desktop applications.<br/></div><div>? Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools.<br/></div><div>? Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MURAL.<br/></div><div>? Technical knowledge and experience in digital transformation initiatives.<br/></div><div>? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/></div><div>? Strategic thinking with the ability to evaluate short- and long-term impacts and make decisions.<br/></div><div>?
