The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and supply chain systems, with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance inventory management and cross-functional collaboration.</span><br/></p><p class="isSelectedEnd"><span>This role will own the Warehouse Management product roadmap and partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.</span><br/></p><h2><span>Key Responsibilities</span><br/></h2><h3><span>Product Vision & Roadmap</span><br/></h3><p class="isSelectedEnd"></p><div><span>? Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for WMS solutions aligned with the company's supply chain strategy.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Develop a deep understanding of current warehouse processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Define and maintain a clear product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect customer and business needs.</span><br/></div><p></p><h3><span>Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering</span><br/></h3><p class="isSelectedEnd"></p><div><span>? Facilitate discovery workshops and capture end-to-end user scenarios, including edge cases and exceptions.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and specifications for development teams.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Serve as the voice of the customer and business within the development process, balancing priorities and trade-offs.</span><br/></div><p></p><h3><span>Product Delivery & Agile Leadership</span><br/></h3><p class="isSelectedEnd"></p><div><span>? Lead cross-functional Agile teams through product discovery, development, and delivery, ensuring incremental value with each release.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions against requirements and ensure high-quality releases.</span><br/></div><p></p><h3><span>System Implementation & Integration</span><br/></h3><p class="isSelectedEnd"></p><div><span>? Oversee the deployment and optimization of WMS solutions to enhance inventory management workflows.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Partner with technical teams to integrate WMS with ERP systems and inventory management tools.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Ensure seamless end-to-end process flows using documentation tools such as Confluence and draw.io.</span><br/></div><p></p><h3><span>Testing, Quality Assurance & Change Management</span><br/></h3><p class="isSelectedEnd"></p><div><span>? Develop testing strategies and acceptance criteria to validate product functionality, particularly around inventory movement and warehouse execution.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Support pilot launches, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements.</span><br/></div><div><span>? Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement change management strategies for successful adoption across business units.</span><br/></div><p></p><h2><span>Must Have</span><br/></h2><p class="isSelectedEnd"></p><div><span>? 4?10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning into a Product Manager role, with strong exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).</span><br/></div><div><span>?
