Committed to continuous growth and innovation, we provide high-quality recycled and upcycled materials to diverse industries, supporting sustainable practices worldwide. *Account Manager (Existing Accounts)Location:* Mississauga, ON (On-site) *Job Type:* Full-time*About the Role*We?re hiring an Account Manager to manage our *existing customer accounts* and ensure a smooth day-to-day customer experience.This role is primarily focused on *customer communication, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring shipment paperwork is accurate and complete*. If you?re organized, responsive, and enjoy keeping things moving without missing details?this is for you.*Key Responsibilities* * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned *existing customers* (email/phone). * Coordinate customer requests internally across Operations, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, and Purchasing. * Ensure *shipment documentation* is accurate and aligned (e.g., BOLs, COAs/COCs if applicable, packing details, customer-specific requirements). * Track open items and follow up to completion: pricing confirmations, shipment timing, special instructions, paperwork, and customer requests. * Confirm key order details before release: product, quantity, packaging, ship-to, pickup/delivery details, and any special notes. * Proactively communicate updates to customers (ETA changes, documentation updates, issue resolution). * Maintain clean, accurate internal records (customer notes, requests, order history, recurring requirements). * Escalate issues quickly and drive resolution while maintaining a professional customer experience. *What Success Looks Like* * Customers feel taken care of: *fast response times, clear updates, no dropped requests*. * Fewer shipping/documentation mistakes due to strong internal coordination and attention to detail. * Internal teams have what they need (clear instructions, organized requests, no last-minute surprises). *Qualifications / Skills* * 2+ years in *account management, customer service, logistics coordination, or inside sales support* (manufacturing is an asset). * Strong written communication (professional, clear, and efficient). * Highly organized: able to manage multiple accounts and moving parts without losing details. * Comfortable working with documentation and accuracy-driven tasks. * Confident working cross-functionally and following up persistently. * Strong proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic systems/ERP/CRM tools. *Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)* * Experience in manufacturing, packaging, logistics, recycling, or industrial materials. * Familiarity with BOLs, shipping documentation, customer specs, or quality documents. *Why Join Us* * Stable book of existing customers (this is not a cold-calling role). * Fast-paced environment with real responsibility and clear impact. * Team-oriented workplace where execution and reliability matter.
