This role will contact, prospect, explore leads and grow established accounts to help meet revenue and strategic goals.Principal Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross selling</li><li>Craft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targets</li><li>Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil?s programs, protocols, pricing policies and service offerings</li><li>Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Two years of experience in Business-to-Business sales</li><li>Experience selling into multiple market segments</li><li>Pest control industry experience is an asset </li><li>Post graduate education in business or related studies is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently</li><li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience; proof will be required upon hire. </li><li>Must pass pre-employment background screen </li></ul>BenefitsSalary Range: $50,000-$60,000/ year with the following perks! <ul> <li>Commissions on sales</li> <li>Car allowance with gas card</li> <li>Company cell phone and laptop</li> <li>Company paid holidays, vacation and sick time. </li> <li>Excellent Health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program that offers services such as free counselling services and other benefits</li> <li>Retirement Savings plan with highly-competitive company-matching contributions of 3.5%.</li> <li>Employee Discounts </li> <li>Fantastic Tuition Reimbursement benefits & Scholarship Programs</li> </ul>AI technology may be used in selecting candidates for interviews.
