Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Various locations. Pet grooming shop. On-site customer service. Tasks: Schedule work. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Monitor quality and production levels. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Train workers in duties and policies. Supervise staff. Supervise staff or team. Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites. Schedule work assignments. Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Prepare adjustment reports. Order materials and stock. Maintain and order supplies. Estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects . Ensure proper functioning of equipment. Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Care for pets.
