The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and providing expert advice on insurance products. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for sales, negotiation, and customer service to thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Develop and execute outside sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence * Conduct business development activities, including prospecting and networking within target markets * Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention * Present and explain insurance products tailored to client needs, emphasizing value propositions * Utilize marketing techniques to generate leads and increase brand awareness * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering ongoing support * Engage in technical sales discussions, translating complex insurance concepts into understandable solutions for clients *Requirements* * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options * Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to insurance products and business growth * Experience in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships * Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor * Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment Pay: From $12,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L5S 1X2- Location Mississauga, ON
