Food Brokers Inc.</h3><p>C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc. is a growing food distribution company supplying premium specialty products to grocery stores and foodservice operators across Ontario. We are expanding our product portfolio and customer base and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive growth in the Greater Toronto Area.</p><p>This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and account growth.</p><p></p><h3>What You?ll Do</h3><ul><li>Own and grow a sales territory within the GTA</li><li>Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking</li><li>Build long-term relationships with chefs, buyers, and store managers</li><li>Present and sell our product portfolio with confidence</li><li>Manage pricing discussions, promotions, and product launches</li><li>Grow existing accounts and increase order volume</li><li>Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and digital tools</li><li>Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure excellent service</li><li>Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities</li></ul><p></p><h3>What We?re Looking For</h3><ul><li>2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice / CPG / distribution preferred)</li><li>Proven ability to prospect and close new business</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-motivated and comfortable working independently</li><li>Organized with strong time management skills</li><li>Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel locally</li><li>Comfortable using CRM and sales tools</li><li>Bilingual English / French is an asset</li></ul><p></p><h3>Compensation & Benefits</h3><ul><li><strong>Year 1 Base Salary:</strong> $60,000 (negotiable based on experience)</li><li><strong>Year 2+:</strong> $40,000 base + uncapped commission</li><li>Realistic On-Target Earnings: $80,000?$120,000+</li><li>Insurance benefits</li><li>Employee product discounts</li><li>Casual Friday culture</li><li>Long-term growth opportunity within the company</li></ul><p></p><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Submit your resume and a short note explaining why you?re a strong fit for this role.</p>- Location Toronto, ON
