Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Roofer Trade Certification. Working at heights training. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Area of specialization: Conventional and inverted built-up system. Modified roofing system. Single ply sheet membrane roofing system. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Dependability. Reliability. Team player.
