*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment and possess strong mechanical knowledge. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on mechanical skills and a passion for automotive maintenance to grow within a professional setting. *Responsibilities* * Remove and install tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment * Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation levels * Perform wheel balancing, alignment, and rotation services * Assist with vehicle maintenance and basic automotive repairs as needed * Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services and recommendations clearly * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency * Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires and wheels safely during service procedures * Conduct routine maintenance tasks on tire equipment and tools to ensure optimal operation *Requirements* * Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory * Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems, tires, and maintenance procedures * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tire mounting equipment * Ability to lift heavy tires and wheels safely (up to 50 pounds) * Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude * Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and safety protocols * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00-$3,800.00 per month Benefits: * Extended health care * On-site parking * Store discount Work Location: In person- Location Mission, BC
