Collective Footcare & Orthotics is a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, rooted in podiatry but known for offering patients a comprehensive range of hands-on care under one roof. We are currently seeking a passionate and entrepreneurially-minded *Registered Physiotherapist* to join our growing team on a part-time, commission-based basis. Who We Are Although we began as a chiropody clinic, Collective Footcare has grown into a true multidisciplinary practice. Our current team includes a Chiropractor, an Osteopath, and two Registered Massage Therapists ? alongside our chiropodists and foot care specialist. Patients come to us not just for foot treatments, but for integrated musculoskeletal health support delivered in a professional, welcoming environment. Our clinic has a modern, mid-century aesthetic and a reputation for offering advanced, evidence-informed modalities that most clinics in the region simply do not have access to. A Differentiator You Won?t Find Everywhere One of the most exciting aspects of joining our team is access to our *Storz Duolith SD1 Focused Shockwave unit* ? one of the gold-standard devices in the field ? alongside our radial shockwave capability. The ability to offer both *radial and focused extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT)* is rare in this region and positions you to deliver exceptional, evidence-based outcomes for musculoskeletal conditions including: * Plantar fasciitis and heel pain * Achilles tendinopathy * Patellar and quadriceps tendinopathy * Calcific shoulder tendinitis * Greater trochanteric pain syndrome * Chronic myofascial trigger points * And much more You will receive full training and orientation on our shockwave equipment. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in shockwave therapy and a willingness to build this into their clinical toolkit.
