*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers, and maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail sales experience, and a passion for fashion. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding items that meet their needs * Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Provide knowledgeable advice on styling * Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure racks and shelves are well-stocked and organized * Answer customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service * Support inventory management by assisting with restocking efforts * Assist with merchandising strategies to promote sales * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment *Qualifications* * Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred * Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques * Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively * Ability to work flexible hours including weekends Pay: From $17.85 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off * Store discount Work Location: In person- Location Vancouver, BC
