Join our team as a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator! In this role, you?ll manage the execution of monthly email newsletters and event-specific email requests. Maintain accurate Google Business profiles and coordinate holiday and seasonal Google Business hour updates across locations. You?ll schedule and deploy SMS campaigns and support accurate OD profile management across clinic digital channels.This position is a full-time fixed-term June 2026 until June 2027.?The ideal candidate will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Vancouver or Calgary.What You?ll Do <li>Create and distribute recurring newsletters per brand (FYidoctors, Visique, BonLook, solis), on schedule and maintain on-time deployment rate across all brands</li><li>Develop and execute event and trunk show promotional email campaigns per brand</li><li>Build and deploy custom HTML announcement emails</li><li>Draft and deliver operational update communications</li><li>Schedule and deploy regular SMS campaigns </li><li>Conduct monthly SMS performance analysis and prepare engagement reports to track campaign effectiveness</li><li>Audit and update standard operating hours daily to ensure clinic schedules remain accurate and consistent across all Google Business listings</li><li>Implement temporary 'Special Hours' for statutory holidays and seasonal closures </li><li>Maintain core clinic data integrity (address, phone, fax, etc.) on an as-needed basis to ensure accurate patient routing</li><li>Create and publish emergency closure memos on Google Maps and clinic pages for unplanned closures (weather, staffing) on an as-needed basis</li><li>Create and optimize professional profiles for new and existing Optometrists </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals</li> What You Bring <li>Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field </li><li>2+ years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or a related role </li><li>Experience with email marketing campaign creation and deployment </li><li>ERP/PMS data entry and management: NetSuite or equivalent (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP B1, Odoo, Sage Intacct)</li><li>Ticket/task management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar) </li><li>Experience managing multi-brand email campaigns, experience with Simon Data or similar ESP is considered an asset </li><li>Experience with Google Business Profile management is considered an asset</li><li>Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms such as Attentive is considered an asset</li><li>HTML coding is considered an asset</li><li>Google Analytics or similar digital marketing certification is considered an asset</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume, multi-brand workloads </li><li>Ability to prioritize and triage competing requests across multiple brands simultaneously </li><li>Self-directed with ability to work independently</li><li>Outstanding oral and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively</li><li>Bilingualism English/French is considered an asset</li> How You'll Benefit <li>A comprehensive total rewards package, including two free pairs of glasses and lenses per year </li><li>A coaching culture that fosters ongoing growth and development opportunities </li><li>A people-first culture, (but dogs are also welcome) </li><li>An organization that gives back locally and nationally, and supports you in doing so as well </li> Why You Should Join UsFYihealth group is Canada's leading diversified healthcare organization comprised of FYidoctors, Visique, BonLook, and solis optics.
