We are currently seeking a *Production Welder* to join our team in Rathwell, MB. While welding experience is an asset, we are willing to train the right candidate. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform welding and fabrication of metal components * Cut and grind metal as required * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Assist with general shop duties as needed * Meet or exceed daily production quotas *What We?re Looking For:* ? Welding experience is an asset but not required?training provided ? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ? Capable of lifting and handling metal materials ? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team ?
