* Communicate effectively with vendors to manage contracts, orders, and service agreements.
* Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting as necessary.
* Implement organizational systems to streamline office workflows and improve efficiency.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff members.
