 Closing Date (MM/DD/YYYY):06/10/2025 Worker Type:Short-Term (Fixed Term) Language(s) Required:English Term Duration (in months):7 Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$52,879 - $71,543Work with a national team responsible for ensuring the efficient, consistent, and accurate delivery of loan maintenance and loan administration, enabling the delivery of optimized loan processing and FCC’s customer experience. What you’ll do:Process a variety of loan administration activities to customer accountsEnsure the integrity of loan information, compliance to policy and procedures and achievement of service and quality standardsBuild relationships and provide support and direction to internal partners and external contacts What we’re looking for:Organized and detailed multi-tasker with strong technical expertise, who can make decisions while respecting tight deadlines Confident communicator comfortable dealing with internal and external partners, providing direction and feedbackCustomer-focused approach with strong teamwork, partnership and people skillsAnalytical thinker who is focused on finding solutions, and resolving issuesA keen eye for details and familiarity with procedure with a drive for quality, service and accuracy  What you’ll need:A diploma or certificate in business or commerce and at least two years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Specialized knowledge of mortgages, lending processes, security, banking and loan productsA detailed-oriented approach to tasks- LocationVarious locationsCalgary, , ABCamrose, , ABEdmonton, , ABRed Deer, , AB
