*About the Role: *
The Office Manager reports to the Operations Lead while providing executive support to the CEO and assisting other corporate function owners. This role is accountable for the following:
* Office Management (30%)
* Executive Support (30%)
* Proposals/Business Development Support (30%)
* Internal Projects Support (10%)
Office Management
You ensure the smooth operation of the Regina office, working closely with the Operations Lead to enhance company operations and daily workflows. You oversee administrative functions, corporate meeting coordination, and internal communications to support organizational effectiveness.
Executive Support
You support Praxis? CEO by managing their project delivery priorities, calendar, and email inbox. While not the majority of your role, this work is critical to the overall success of Praxis as it enables the CEO to focus on leadership and strategy.
Proposals & Business Development Support
You play a key role in supporting business development (BD) and proposal management, ensuring efficiency and organization in content. You maintain a structured proposal bank for easy content retrieval, assist in proposal construction, and coordinate key BD activities, including scheduling and follow-ups. Additionally, you provide support in social media content creation and management in collaboration with the Marketing/Comms lead.
Internal Projects Support
You serve as the primary coordinator for assigned internal projects, collaborating closely with assigned colleagues to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. You proactively identify opportunities to advance initiatives, streamline workflows, and provide administrative support to drive project progress.

* Relevant and diverse educational and professional backgrounds are welcomed, with a preference for business administration and progressive client related experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven competency in writing, editing, and proofreading
* Excellent organization and time-management skills
* Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel)
* Creative mindset with an ability to suggest and implement improvements
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
* Event planning and social media skills are preferred but not required

The base salary range for this position is $46,750 - $63,250, with placement based on experience and qualifications.
