*Job Title: Millwright* We are seeking a Red *Seal Millwright* for one of our clients in *Richmond, BC*. This full-time opportunity offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with industry-leading compensation and benefits. *Position Highlights:* Shifts: Rotating (Day, Afternoon, Graveyard) *Key Responsibilities:* * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair rotating equipment and machinery * Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled work orders * Identify and source parts for repair and replacement * Dismantle, modify, and maintain equipment as needed * Interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and blueprints * Use hand/power tools and material handling equipment safely * Test equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and safety compliance * Adhere strictly to maintenance procedures and safety guidelines *Requirements:* * Valid Canadian Red Seal Millwright Certification * Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience *Willing to work rotating shifts:* Day (7am?3pm), Afternoon (3pm?11pm), Graveyard (11pm?7am) * Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally * Self-motivated, reliable, and organized * Physically capable of lifting and carrying tools and components * Must have access to reliable transportation (site not accessible by public transit) *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in the paper/conversion industry (e.g., corrugated box production) * Knowledge of welding and machining * Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts (in-house training provided) *Compensation & Benefits:* * Competitive hourly wage: $48.67/hour * Shift differentials for afternoon and graveyard shifts * Comprehensive health plan (includes drug, dental, vision, life insurance) * 10% pension contribution *Outstanding retirement plan* * Additional 2 weeks vacation after 10 years of service * 14 paid statutory holidays (includes Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Easter Monday) * Employee Assistance Program with full services (nutrition, retirement planning, counseling) * Regular employee recognition, holiday, and safety events * Free on-site parking * Overtime opportunities available Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $46.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Language: * English (required) Work Location: In person
