Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
