Bridgeview is accepting applications for Manufacturing Manager to join our team. This position works closely with general management, shop floor supervisors, purchasing, and engineering to plan workflow though the factory to deliver quality machinery on time for our customers.
Our ideal candidate will have management experience in a manufacturing environment, extensive experience with ERP systems, and strong communication skills.
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee production workflow through the factory
- Schedule production based on sales commitments and forecasts
- Conduct time studies to monitor production efficiency
- Ensure proper inventory management through our ERP system
- Ensure proper usage of work orders for accurate inventory control
- Observe manufacturing methods and work to improve efficiency
- Oversee maintenance of shop machinery including regular inspections
Wage is dependent on experience.
