You?ll interact with both internal National Bank partners and external partners in the real estate industry to develop your client base and identify residential financing strategies that fit their needs.</p> <div> </div> <div>Your market is the Ile Perrot area.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Your job </strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Help clients develop residential financing strategies for purchase, mortgage pre-approval and external refinancing transactions</li> <li>Identify clients' financial needs and refer them to your expert colleagues for their specialized needs</li> <li>Establish and maintain a lasting relationship with external real estate partners (e.g., realtors and builders) by keeping them up to date on the solutions we offer</li> <li>Communicate and work closely with internal partners to take charge of or refer clients and increase client retention</li> <li>Organize and/or participate in business development activities and events</li> <li>Rigorously apply the established processes and procedures and ensure compliance and risk management rules in effect are followed</li> <li>Continuously develop and update your knowledge of National Bank mortgage solutions and changes in the mortgage market</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Your team </strong></div> <div> </div> <div>You?ll report to a Residential Financing Manager and work on a specialized team.
