We are seeking a friendly, dedicated, and passionate Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong commitment to educating new drivers, have patience teaching and have excellent communication skills.
*Duties*
* Provide hands-on driving instruction to ensure students gain practical experience.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Teach traffic laws, safe driving practices, and defensive driving techniques.
* Understand students need and provide the best driving education experience.
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance.
* Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment during in-car lessons.
* Ensure all instructional materials are up-to-date and relevant to current driving regulations.
*Qualifications*
* Valid Ontario driving instructor's license with a clean driving record.
* Previous experience as a driving instructor is an asset. Training will be provided.
* Strong communication skills.
* Patience and adaptability to work with students of varying skills levels and backgrounds.
* Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices is essential.
