In this role you will: The GRCT Business System Manager is the overall application owner and relationship manager for a portfolio of Regulatory applications including: Volcker Application, Covered Funds, Do not Email, eQube Technical Lead, and others. Lead the business systems analysis team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and regulatory requirements. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of system enhancements and ensure alignment with Volcker and other Rule regulations. Partner with risk and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into functional specifications. Define and drive the roadmap for the Application portfolio, aligning it with overall business and regulatory strategies. Develop and execute test plans, ensuring system functionality meets compliance and business needs. Provide guidance on process improvements, automation, and data management strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Lead stakeholder meetings, conduct impact assessments, and manage change initiatives related to the Regulatory Application portfolio Lastly the position provides vendor relationship management, manage contracts and invoices, and serve as application owner for certain applicationsDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in business analysis within financial services, with a strong focus on regulatory applications. In-depth knowledge of Volcker and related Rule compliance, trading regulations, and financial instruments. Proven experience managing complex technology projects in compliance or regulatory domains. Strong understanding of data management, reporting tools, and financial risk assessment methodologies. Experience with business process modeling, workflow automation, and system implementation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and regulatory bodies. Proficiency in SQL, python, PySpark, Airflow, Streaming Architecture and GCP a plus. Strong people management skillsContribute to projects being on schedule and meeting regulatory reporting requirements.Oversee the user requirements by working with a number of key individuals from the business and IT, producing high-level business requirements and liaising with development to take these through to a detailed functional specification.
