Line of Business CIOs and CFOs.The RoleThe Technical Delivery Manager, Strategic Portfolio Office (SPO) is primarily accountable for end-to-end delivery and management of software currency delivery of highly complex strategic infrastructure technology programs and initiatives, spanning multiple business lines and geographical regions.? The Technical Migration Delivery Manager will work closely with application owners to deliver large strategic initiatives and is responsible for:? Leading currency refresh projects to maintain active support for all bank infrastructure and applications? Responsible for the delivery of Software Currency Remediation projects including application migration from on-prem to public cloud and re-platforming from legacy framework to React and Microservices? Work with application teams to plan and execute software upgrades like for like upgrades well before the technologies expire.? Engage with multiple stakeholders across Engineering, Architecture, Solution Management, Risk, Governance, Finance and external business partners to address forward looking partner engagements.? Submit and manage change records via ServiceNow? Ensure CMDB (configuration Management Database) records and application records are accurate for applications in scope Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? Required Skills & Experience:? You can demonstrate excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English.? You also have excellent analytical, be able work through large data sets? You have at least 7+ years of hands-on working experience in leading and Delivering projects.? Solid and effective influence and negotiation skills.? Stake holder relationship Management experience.? You have completed a post-secondary education in a relevant field.? Proven experience managing SOWs with external vendors including reviewing and ensuring deliverables alignment.? Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel(e.g. Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas )Nice to Have Skills & Experience:? You have 7+ years of hands-on working experience in IT Project Management on Enterprise projects and IT related roles.? Project Costing and ability to contribute towards strategic planning and process improvement.? Previous experience with technical leadership in the areas mentioned above and?
