Job details
Under the supervision of the Executive Director and/or his representatives, the tasks include, but are not limited to:<br><br>- <strong>Surveillance</strong> of the grounds and property;<br>- Resident rounds;<br>- Completion of various reports and registers;<br>- See to the application of policies and rules by the residents and, visitors;<br>- Escort residents on certain outings;<br>- Searches (bags, rooms, etc...), when required;<br>- Proceed with personal effects inventories when required;<br>- All other related duties as required<br><br><strong>- Week-ends - day shift<br></strong> <br> - Remain calm;<br>- Excellent sense of observation;<br>- Good verbal and written communication skills;<br>- Active listening;<br>- Apply and respect rules, procedures and policies;<br>- Autonomous while prioritizing team work;<br>- Be professional at all times;<br>- Easily adapt to a rapid and everchanging environment.<br><strong></strong>- LocationSaint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, QC
