*The Role:*
We?re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our accounting department. If you have prior experience in construction admin, understand the flow of invoicing, and can navigate Excel with confidence ? we want to hear from you.
*What You?ll Do:*
* Support the accounting team with daily administrative tasks
* Process and organize incoming invoices
* Assist with accounts payable and data entry
* Maintain digital filing systems
* Reconcile purchase orders and invoices
* Communicate with vendors and trade partners when needed
* Help track expenses and project costs
*What You Bring:*
* Previous construction administration and accounting experience *(required)*
* Strong understanding of invoicing and accounts payable processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) is a plus
