* We are looking for a licensed technician * European repair experience a bonus * Requires a clean class 5 drivers license Welcome to the Valley West Autohaus team, we strive to be the best in our field, and currently excel at repairing problems that would normally go to the dealer. All of our technicians perform repairs and general maintenance as well as diagnostics. You will have to show communication skills both verbally and written while working as a member of our team. We have training set up for our team members to learn about the newest European vehicles as well as the latest scan tools and access to relevant and up to date repair information. * Our hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm * We are closed weekends and holidays Send us a message and get working with our team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Courtenay, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * automotive technician: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Journeyman Ticket (required) * Driver's License (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCourtenay, BC
