ITAM is a key member of the Service Management Tools team and is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements. The Solution Architect works as a team member along with the Project Manager, Technical Architects and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: ? Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign ? Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation ? Perform custom or OOTB demonstrations as required ? Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practises ? Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements ? Co-team with other Technical Architects to produce a technical specification for custom?development and systems integration requirements ? Participate and provide inputs to effort estimates ? Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available?training Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent preferred ? Advanced experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro, and SGC & SaaS integrations (SCCM, Tanium, WorkspaceOne, Adobe, etc.) ? Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro/SAM Pro configuration/implementation and custom development and scoped applications ? Hands-on experience with client-side development: UI Policies, Client Scripts, AJAX, etc. ? Hands-on experience with server-side development: Glide Server APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc. ? Familiar with the ServiceNow Software/Hardware Asset Management Content Service ? Self-motivated with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base ? Organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment ? Strong presentation and communication skills ? Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs ? Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities ? Should have participated in, and be familiar with project methodologies ? 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support?operations ? 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience ? Proven solutions consulting experience ? Ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity ? Strong problem-solving skills, ability to simplify complex solutions ? Good understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) ? Must have ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS HAM Pro and CIS SAM Pro) ? Nice to have ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience ? Nice to have development & operation pipeline experience ? Nice to have business architecture experience What's in it for you??
