*What You?ll Do*
* Create and execute winning marketing strategies across digital, advertising, communications, and creative teams to drive results and engage our audience
* Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently
* Lead exciting marketing campaigns including email, social media, and event marketing that inspire and engage
* Be the mastermind behind internal and external events, working cross-functionally with other departments to make sure every event aligns with our company?s goals
* Oversee content creation, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and resonates across all channels
* Collaborate with sales, product teams, and other departments to develop targeted marketing materials and promotions that drive growth
* Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
* Monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies for maximum impact
* Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives
* Be the driving force behind product launches and events, working cross-functionally to increase brand awareness and engage customers
* Own internal and external communications, ensuring cohesive and timely messaging that strengthens the brand
* Help grow the marketing team by assisting in recruitment and training of team members
*What We?re Looking For*
* Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful strategies
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation?you know how to make an impact online
* Experience in event coordination and management?both internal and external
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for copywriting that captures attention
* Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines, and stay ahead of the curve
* Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to assess and improve campaign effectiveness
* Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and email marketing platforms
* Experience leading and mentoring a team, inspiring them to be their best
