DescriptionUndergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, urban planning, or a related discipline 7+ years of progressive experience in project management including supervising project teams with multiple scope of responsibilities, with a focus on environmental sustainability and climate resilience Skills required for success: Have demonstrated experience managing complex multidisciplinary projects in large organizations Be passionate about sustainability and committed to creating a resilient city Possess strategic vision and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges Have senior level change management experience, including experience managing diverse/diverging stakeholder relationships and fostering collaboration to ensure project outcomes and implementation goals are achieved Be results-oriented, driven to achieve project goals and deliver tangible outcomes Be an environmental champion, passionate about- LocationEdmonton, AB
