*Role Title: Web Graphic Designer (Digital Designer)* *Brand: Bench.* *What you?ll Be doing:* *- Eblast template creation/Email design experience needed.* *- Design responsive email templates and collaborate to source content for our weekly emails and other email campaigns.* *- Update and Design weekly homepage flips.* *- Create content for social media platforms (with motion design and or static images)* *-Motion design experience would be hugely beneficial for the role* *- Video editing experience an added Bonus!* *- Work as a team player to improve the web and mobile user experience (UX), including creating eblast templates and email design and homepage design.* *- Design visual mock-ups, with special focus on responsive and mobile design.* *- Create landing pages, utilizing design to optimize user journeys towards conversions* *- An understanding of what drives people to engage with content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok).* *- Design page layouts and templates.* *- Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.* *- Develop and maintain consistent branding.* *- Develop UX, marketing material and client interaction. Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with project team members.* *- Think design from UI/UX perspective and follow the guidelines for optimum user experience* *- Experience with Shopify * *- Ability to edit photos on photoshop * *- A creative mind that enjoys creative freedoms!* *Experience:* Two to three years? experience in a similar role; Digital-specific experience in an E-commerce, fashion, &/or retail environment; Experience in graphic design print & digital. Portfolio of relevant work; Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite ( After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) Typography skills Passion for graphic design, visual arts, fashion branding and trends; Ability to make GIFS Basic to intermediate knowledge in fashion retouching skills; Experience in designing and preparing files for print/digital production; Ability to multitask and work and adapt in a fast-paced environment with clear deliverables and timelines; Strong attention to detail (visually and strategically); Proactive & self-starter; able to propose workflow solutions, improvements etc.; Creative, able to suggest initiative and find graphic solutions; Self-disciplined, resourceful, detail oriented, and organized; Knowledge in video rendering experience and motion Design Strong team player!
