*?We are expanding! - and looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team?* *Your Role* Reporting directly to the Art Director the *Graphic Designer* is responsible for producing high-quality design assets that support internal and external projects, with a primary focus on the Exhibitions & Theatrical department. *Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * * Create work-back schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage time to meet multiple deadlines * Develop strong conceptual ideas which strategically align to project briefs and brands * Design and export for print and digital applications, including websites, social assets, posters, merchandise, venue signage, billboards, etc. * Research trends, key items, graphics and colours as needed * Work with marketing team to align on delivery of all digital content, newsletters, social media, and video ads * Attend group meetings and presentations when appropriate * Present your ideas and work with clarity while showing how the creative strategically answers the brief * Work with external partners to successfully complete projects, providing input, instruction and supervision where needed * Provide feedback on internally and externally produced applications of the Paquin brands, ensuring standards are met * Support all departments with the creation of presentations, templates and other supporting visual communication tools as directed * Organize design files and control access for external partners *Competencies/Skills Knowledge/Experience/ Behaviours* * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Well-versed with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. After Effects is a plus. * Strong sense of typography, colour theory, and composition * Clear understanding of production standards for both digital and print mediums * Strong file management skills * Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented with superior interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workloads * Passionate about design * Ability to work collaboratively and independently * Ability to adapt, take direction, and produce positive results Please email your cover letter and resume to hr@paquinentertainment.com Paquin Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer.
