Job Description: Brandt Developments has a position available for a Construction Project Manager at our Regina, SK location. Reporting to the Director of Construction and Site Services, the ideal candidate must have significant experience in the construction industry. Duties & Responsibilities *Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget*Provide support to Directors or Senior Project Managers as required*Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress against established schedules*Responsible for quality and delivery of projects*Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates*Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff Required Experience:*The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in building construction project management.*Must have comprehensive knowledge of building systems included in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and civil construction scopes.*Preference will be given to a candidate with an Architectural *Technology Diploma, LEED Certification or equivalent.- LocationRegina, SK
