The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. *Responsibilities* * Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications according to client preferences and industry standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation protocols. * Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs throughout their visit. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations. * Upsell additional services or products that complement the eyelash extensions, enhancing the overall client experience. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records as needed. * Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred. * Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and precision. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions. * Experience in upselling services or retail sales is a plus. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required by client demand. * Certification in eyelash extension application is highly desirable.
