```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate stock
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed store targets
