With an already loyal customer base, we look forward to developing and sustaining healthy, beneficial relationships with our clients *The Opportunity* We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, driving sales growth, and implementing innovative marketing strategies. This is a fully remote position offering significant flexibility in work hours. *Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. * Strategically manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content that fosters community interaction and builds brand loyalty. * Utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and other digital marketing techniques to optimize our online presence and increase organic traffic. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives and proactively track and report on key performance metrics. * Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across different marketing channels. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities. *Qualifications:* * Proven and demonstrable experience in marketing and sales management roles. * Strong and current knowledge of social media marketing best practices and management tools. * Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and digital marketing strategies. * Familiarity with multichannel marketing approaches and advertising sales processes. * Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design software). * Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms. * Strong skills in content marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and performance marketing. * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets and conduct thorough market research. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. * Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment with flexible hours. *Bonus Points For:* * Experience in Solar Sales and Marketing. *What We Offer:* * Fully remote position with significant flexibility in work hours. * We have a growing company with plenty of personal growth opportunities * Highly competitive salary, sales commission and benefits * Opportunity to work with an award-winning service provider in the electrical and solar sectors.
