Job description:
* All tasks associated with commercial flat roofing
* Abide by all safety policies, procedures, and regulations
* Operate and care for construction equipment and machines
* Assist skilled labourer when necessary
* Prep sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
* Load, unload, moving and handling construction materials
* Follow instruction from supervisors
* Ready to learn on-the-job training when necessary
* General house cleaning ? organizing tools, equipment, garbage and debris from work areas, job sites as well as DEN vehicles and trailers
* Aid in minimizing wear & tear of any Designed Roofing Inc., Essential Exteriors & NGM equipment, vehicles, and trailers
Requirements
* High degree of safety awareness and commitment to safety, their own and other workers
* Ability to work in all weather conditions
* Ability to travel with designated crew and supervisor to various locations out of town for runs (up to 11-day intervals)
* Must be dependable and punctual
* Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks
* Ability to lift 50-100lbs
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Driver?s License an asset
* Criminal Record Check ? Level 2
