*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu creation, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation.
*Duties*
* Lead and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs effectively.

*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
* Excellent culinary skills with the ability to create diverse menus.
* Experience in supervising kitchen operations, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
