*As an ideal candidate, you will have 2-3 years of knowledge and hands on experience in some of these areas:*
* Controlling and monitoring heat treat furnaces and following written procedures on work instructions.
* Time management to meet work deadlines while incorporating production, maintenance, and administrative requirements.
* Supervisory experience, including training, implementing safety procedures and coordinating work activities.
* Using thermocouples; sensors; recorders and test equipment to achieve required Heat Treatment Specifications
* Preparing work for processing; loading and unloading furnaces, bins, fixtures, baskets, racking parts in baskets etc.
* Hardness testing
* Preparing reports and interpreting technical documentation
* Computer applications including Microsoft Office
*You must be able to:*
* Work in a standing position for extended periods of time in an office/industrial environment.
* Lift up to 50 lbs.
* Read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
* Have good English language and communication skills
* Have strong problem-solving skills
* Maintain a flexible schedule to work rotating shifts
