*Job Summary* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service. * Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. * Maintain inventory levels and manage cash handling procedures effectively. * Train and mentor kitchen staff on food handling techniques and operational procedures. * Implement POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the kitchen. * Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. * Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry. * Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking processes is preferred. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Strong organizational skills * Problem solving and conflict management skills * Ability to work together as a team * Currently living in Canada Join our team as we strive to create memorable dining experiences for our guests!
